Terra Nova Bay Permanent Tide Gauge Observatory Site

History and Details of Terra Nova Bay site:

Carlo Stocchino and Alessandro Capra, DISTART Dept., University of Bologna, Bologna (ITALY), set up the tide Gauge in 1996. There are good records until 1996. Report from PNRA Geodesy Project (DISTART - Univ. of Bologna - Web site in progress)

Location of 0102 coastal benchmark:
74° 41' 45.23792" S
164° 07' 30.87793" E

These records will be forwarded to the Southern Ocean Sea Level Center when available.
